Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise on-site construction activities and ensure adherence to engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Monitor project progress to ensure timely completion within budget constraints.
- Conduct regular safety inspections and enforce strict compliance with OHS and PRC regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with architects, contractors, and government agencies for permits and approvals.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily reports, progress updates, and technical documentation.
- Manage resources and materials to optimize site efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Resolve technical issues and on-site disputes to maintain workflow continuity.
Kualifikasi
- Licensed Civil and Electrical Engineer (Registered with the Professional Regulation Commission).
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in site supervision or project engineering.
- Strong working knowledge of civil and electrical systems, building codes, and safety standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in engineering software (e.g., AutoCAD, MS Project) and general office applications.
- Valid Driver’s License and PRC ID.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
