As the Project Site Representative, you will be responsible for the day-to-day oversight of consultants and contractors. Tanggung Jawab
- Act as the primary company representative on-site to supervise and control all jetty construction activities.
- Monitor the performance of consultants and contractors to ensure alignment with project schedules and technical blueprints.
- Ensure all construction work complies with engineering designs, quality standards, and local building regulations.
- Conduct regular site inspections and document daily progress, issues, and resource requirements in comprehensive reports.
- Identify potential project risks or delays and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Enforce strict Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols across the entire project site.
- Verify work completion milestones and provide technical recommendations for contractor payment approvals.
- Coordinate effectively with local stakeholders, authorities, and internal management to ensure seamless site operations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Marine Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5-8 years of experience in site supervision, specifically within jetty or maritime infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of coastal engineering, piling techniques, and maritime concrete structures.
- Proven ability to manage and influence multi-disciplinary teams of contractors and consultants.
- Excellent technical drawing interpretation skills and proficiency in project management software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make critical decisions under pressure.
- Willingness to be based on-site in Paloh, Kalimantan Barat.
- Professional certification (SKA/SKK) in construction management or civil engineering is highly desirable.
