Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee electrical installation projects on-site, ensuring compliance with technical specifications and safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to maintain project timelines and deliverables
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance
- Manage resource allocation including labor, equipment, and materials to optimize efficiency
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions during project execution
- Prepare and submit project documentation including progress reports, incident reports, and as-built drawings
- Enforce company safety policies and ensure adherence to local electrical codes
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in electrical project supervision or site management
- Valid electrical supervisor license (Jabatan Tenaga Elektrik & Gas - JTEG)
- Proficiency in reading technical drawings and project specifications
- Strong knowledge of Malaysian electrical codes and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to manage diverse teams
- Certification in project management (e.g., PRINCE2, PMP) is advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management software
