- Oversee daily construction site operations and project execution

- Prepare project documentation and progress reports

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of site supervision experience
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and safety standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in project management software
- Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Valid safety certifications (SMK3/UKK preferred)
