Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deploy digital solutions to improve asset accuracy and network visibility.
- Conduct comprehensive field tests and inspections on power equipment and systems.
- Analyze test data to identify performance issues and recommend effective improvements.
- Prepare detailed technical reports, documentation, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with engineering teams to align field activities with project milestones and objectives.
- Ensure strict adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and quality protocols.
- Maintain and calibrate testing equipment and tools for optimal accuracy.
- Support network troubleshooting and root cause analysis for system anomalies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of experience in field testing, project engineering, or a similar role.
- Solid knowledge of power systems, distribution networks, and digital solutions.
- Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and test equipment operation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for team collaboration.
- Willingness to travel and work at various project sites across the Philippines.
