Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all technical operations including Line & Grade, Formworks, Rebar, Concrete, and Precast works
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality control measures
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and subcontractors to maintain project timelines
- Monitor on-site activities, resolve technical issues, and implement corrective actions
- Manage resource allocation including labor, equipment, and materials
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including daily reports and progress updates
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure adherence to environmental regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project supervision
- Strong knowledge of structural works, concrete technology, and precast systems
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or Construction Safety preferred
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects in the Philippines
