Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage plant engineering projects from conception through to final execution, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Oversee the daily operations of machine repairs, preventive maintenance schedules, and emergency troubleshooting.
- Supervise fabrication processes and coordinate equipment upgrades to enhance production efficiency.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and ensure compliance with OSHA and local industry regulations to minimize workplace hazards.
- Monitor project timelines and quality standards, implementing corrective actions to mitigate risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and maintenance staff, to ensure seamless operations.
- Prepare detailed reports on project status, technical issues, and budget utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in plant supervision, project management, or maintenance engineering.
- Proven experience in machine repair, fabrication, and plant facility upgrades.
- Strong knowledge of safety standards and quality control processes.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple engineering projects simultaneously.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license is an advantage.
