Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee VIP pickup operations to ensure timely and secure handling of high-priority shipments
- Coordinate dispatch activities, optimizing routes and resource allocation for maximum efficiency
- Supervise and mentor drivers, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and company standards
- Manage linehaul operations, including scheduling, monitoring, and troubleshooting long-distance transports
- Implement process improvements to enhance delivery performance and operational cost-effectiveness
- Monitor KPIs such as on-time delivery rates and vehicle utilization metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align logistics activities with business objectives
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics operations with supervisory exposure
- Strong knowledge of transportation regulations and logistics management principles
- Proven leadership skills with ability to manage and motivate diverse teams
- Proficiency in logistics software and route optimization tools
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making under pressure
- Valid professional driver's license with clean driving record
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
