Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day construction site activities to ensure progress aligns with the project schedule.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site staff to ensure optimal workflow and resource allocation.
- Enforce strict health, safety, and environment (HSE) protocols across the job site.
- Monitor material usage and equipment maintenance to minimize wastage and operational costs.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for project management review.
- Ensure all construction activities strictly adhere to technical specifications and engineering blueprints.
- Resolve on-site technical issues or conflicts promptly to prevent project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Site Supervisor or Project Supervisor in the construction sector.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read and interpret complex engineering blueprints and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in using project management software and Microsoft Office suite.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage diverse work teams.
- Willingness to be based in Batam and work on-site full-time.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and high attention to detail.
