PiEE Internasional is seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to oversee our dynamic fit-out projects across retail and office sectors. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact on-site, ensuring that our vision for sophisticated, functional, and high-quality spaces is executed to perfection.
As our on-site Project Supervisor, you will lead the coordination between subcontractors, design teams, and clients to ensure timely completion within budget. You will be responsible for upholding our strict safety standards while ensuring the aesthetic integrity of the interior work. Tanggung Jawab
- Directly supervise daily on-site fit-out activities to ensure adherence to design specifications and quality standards.
- Manage and coordinate with internal teams, third-party contractors, and vendors to streamline construction workflows.
- Monitor project timelines and schedules to ensure project milestones are met consistently.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify and resolve potential construction conflicts or design discrepancies early.
- Manage on-site material logistics, inventory, and storage to minimize waste and ensure efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with all safety, health, and environment regulations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily progress reports and documentation for stakeholders.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or Interior Design.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out construction (Office and Retail sectors preferred).
- Strong proficiency in reading and interpreting construction blueprints, CAD drawings, and technical specifications.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams of subcontractors.
- Expertise in construction project management software and MS Office (Excel/Project).
- Deep understanding of building materials, FF&E installation, and MEP coordination.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and solve problems on-site in real-time.
