Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day construction activities to ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget.
- Interpret complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications accurately.
- Supervise on-site sub-contractors and laborers to maintain high productivity and performance levels.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure strict compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
- Coordinate material requirements and logistics to prevent delays in the construction workflow.
- Enforce rigorous workplace health and safety protocols to ensure a hazard-free environment.
- Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for project management review.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in construction site supervision or a similar role.
- Strong technical literacy: Exceptional ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical specifications.
- Proficiency in using project management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Solid understanding of construction methodologies, building materials, and site safety regulations.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle unexpected site challenges under pressure.
- Willingness to be based in Medan, Sumatera Utara.
