Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction site activities to ensure strict compliance with project specifications and building codes.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, architects, and internal teams to maintain project timelines and schedules.
- Monitor materials consumption and manage onsite inventory to optimize resource utilization and reduce waste.
- Implement and enforce rigorous health and safety (HSE) protocols across all site operations.
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential bottlenecks and propose corrective actions immediately.
- Maintain detailed daily progress reports and documentation for project management review.
- Facilitate effective communication between field staff and office-based management to ensure project goals are met.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related construction field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a supervisory role within the construction industry.
- Strong understanding of architectural drawings, blueprints, and site measurement techniques.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate diverse field teams.
- Knowledge of Indonesian construction safety standards and building regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
