Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the planning, scheduling, and execution of CCTV, FDAS, and Access Control system installations.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal technical teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth workflow.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure compliance with technical and safety standards.
- Prepare progress reports, technical documentation, and project proposals for stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and supervise a team of technicians and engineers on-site.
- Ensure all work complies with local regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project supervision or management within the security systems or IT infrastructure industry.
- Strong technical knowledge of CCTV systems, Access Control hardware/software, and Fire Detection and Alarm Systems (FDAS).
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Valid Professional Regulatory Commission (PRC) license (preferable).
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
