Tanggung Jawab
- Lead site teams for Electrical and ELV system installations (CCTV, access control, fire alarms)
- Oversee project execution from planning to completion ensuring on-time delivery
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions during project phases
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and client specifications
- Coordinate with suppliers, contractors, and internal departments for seamless operations
- Monitor project budgets and resource allocation to maintain cost efficiency
- Prepare progress reports and maintain documentation for project milestones
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- PW4 certification or equivalent Project Supervisor qualification
- Minimum 3 years experience in Electrical/ELV project supervision
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and ELV technologies (BMS, PA, etc.)
- Proven leadership skills in managing technical teams
- Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder communication abilities
- Valid driving license and willingness for site visits
