Tanggung Jawab
- Enforce and maintain strict safety protocols across all operational areas
- Manage sanitation crew scheduling, hours, and performance metrics
- Monitor hazardous materials handling, storage, and disposal procedures
- Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and compliance checks
- Investigate workplace incidents and implement corrective actions
- Develop and deliver safety training programs for all personnel
- Prepare comprehensive safety reports and documentation
- Coordinate with regulatory bodies during safety inspections
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in safety management (manufacturing/logistics preferred)
- OSHC/NEBOSH/Safety Officer Certification required
- Strong knowledge of OSHA, DOLE, and local safety regulations
- Proficient in safety audit methodologies and risk assessment tools
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Advanced communication and incident documentation skills
- Experience with safety management software (e.g., ISO 45001 systems)
