We are currently seeking a highly motivated Project Supervisor to join our team in Badung. In this role, you will be the eyes and ears of our construction projects, ensuring that all work is executed with precision, safety, and efficiency.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily site activities, managing field teams, and ensuring that project milestones are met according to the timeline and quality standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise daily construction activities on-site to ensure work aligns with project blueprints and specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, material suppliers, and on-site staff to maintain productivity.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety (OHS) standards.
- Monitor project progress against the established timeline and report updates to stakeholders.
- Manage inventory of construction materials and equipment on-site to prevent waste.
- Resolve technical issues or field-level conflicts that arise during the construction process.
- Maintain accurate daily logs, progress reports, and site documentation.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in project supervision or a similar construction management role.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, building codes, and local regulations in Bali.
- Proven ability to read and interpret complex architectural and structural drawings.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team of laborers.
- Proficiency in using project management tools and standard office software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in outdoor environments.
- Willingness to be based permanently in Badung, Bali.
