Fibercom Telecom Phils., Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Supervisor - Telco to lead our operations in Pasig City. In this critical role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our in-house teams and external contractors, ensuring that all projects are executed safely, efficiently, and strictly according to the approved schedule. We are looking for a leader who can drive operational excellence and maintain the highest standards of quality in the telecommunications infrastructure sector.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of in-house field teams and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution and workflow efficiency.
- Implement and enforce strict safety protocols, PPE requirements, and site regulations to maintain a hazard-free working environment for all personnel.
- Monitor project timelines and milestones, identifying potential delays and implementing corrective actions to keep work on schedule.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality assurance checks to verify workmanship, material integrity, and compliance with technical specifications.
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal departments to provide progress updates, resolve on-site issues, and manage expectations.
- Manage inventory, equipment allocation, and logistics for assigned projects to minimize downtime and operational costs.
- Prepare and submit daily or weekly progress reports to senior management detailing project status and resource utilization.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory role within the Telecommunications, Infrastructure, or Construction industry.
- Proven track record of successfully managing teams, contractors, and large-scale project operations from inception to completion.
- In-depth knowledge of OSHA safety standards, site safety management systems, and risk assessment procedures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites across Metro Manila.
- Proficient in reading technical blueprints, engineering drawings, and site layouts.
