Terra Drone is a pioneering force in agricultural drone technology, delivering high-precision aerial solutions that transform modern farming. We specialize in drone-based mapping, surveying, and data analysis to help farmers optimize yields and reduce environmental impact. Our team in Yong Peng, Johor, is expanding, and we are seeking a motivated Project Support (Drone Co-Pilot) to support our growing list of projects.
In this role, you will work side-by-side with experienced drone pilots, assisting in every phase of flight operations. From mission planning and equipment setup to post-flight data processing and equipment maintenance, your contributions will be vital to the success of each project. You will also help coordinate logistics, manage field inventory, and maintain flight documentation. This position offers a hands-on opportunity to learn about UAV technology, precision agriculture, and field operations in a challenging and rewarding environment.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist drone pilots in pre-flight planning, equipment preparation, and mission coordination
- Conduct pre-flight and post-flight system checks to ensure UAV readiness and safety
- Monitor flight progress and support in-flight adjustments when required
- Manage and organize collected data, including image and sensor logs
- Handle field equipment, batteries, and other job resources efficiently
- Maintain detailed records of flight operations and project activities
- Help enforce safety protocols and regulatory compliance on-site
- Work alongside the operations team to improve drone workflows and customer satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM/Diploma in any field; technical or aviation background is an advantage
- Interest or basic knowledge in drone/UAV operations
- Detail-oriented and able to follow standard operating procedures
- Comfortable working outdoors and in agricultural field conditions
- Ability to work in a team and communicate clearly
- Physically fit and capable of carrying moderate equipment loads
- Possess a valid driving license and own transport preferred
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills in drone technology
