In this role, you will play a critical part in the lifecycle of our construction projects, ensuring precision and accuracy from the initial site survey to project completion.
As a Project Surveyor, you will work closely with project managers and site engineers to gather vital spatial data. Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct land and site surveys to determine precise boundaries, topography, and elevations.
- Prepare accurate survey reports and technical drawings using CAD software.
- Assist in the layout of construction sites to ensure alignment with architectural and engineering blueprints.
- Collaborate with the project management team to monitor construction progress against planned specifications.
- Operate and maintain specialized surveying equipment, including Total Stations, Theodolites, and GPS receivers.
- Document site conditions and report any potential discrepancies to the Project Engineer.
- Ensure all survey activities comply with safety regulations and project quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Fresh graduate with a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Geodesy, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of surveying principles, mathematics, and geometry.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or other relevant drafting software.
- Ability to interpret complex technical blueprints and construction schematics.
- Strong analytical skills and extreme attention to detail.
- Willingness to work on-site and adapt to diverse construction environments in Jakarta Raya.
