GA HR Consultancy Inc. is looking for a skilled Project & Technical Aftersales Engineer (REE) to drive solar project execution and provide critical technical support across Luzon. In this dynamic role, you will ensure that our innovative renewable energy solutions not only meet high standards of installation but also deliver reliable performance long after the project is completed.
As an Aftersales Engineer, you will be the trusted technical partner for our clients. You will handle complex technical queries, conduct on-site troubleshooting, and oversee the maintenance of solar systems. This position is ideal for an engineering professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to make a tangible impact on the renewable energy sector in the Philippines.
Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive technical aftersales support for solar power systems and renewable energy projects.
- Conduct on-site visits to diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues affecting system performance.
- Manage client technical inquiries and provide clear, professional guidance to ensure high customer satisfaction.
- Oversee the routine maintenance and optimization of installed solar equipment and inverters.
- Collaborate closely with project managers and installation teams to ensure seamless project handover.
- Prepare and maintain accurate technical reports, service logs, and warranty documentation.
- Train end-users and facility managers on the proper operation and care of renewable energy systems.
- Monitor system performance data and recommend upgrades or efficiency improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in technical support, project engineering, or aftersales roles.
- Strong technical background in Solar PV systems, inverters, and renewable energy technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex electrical systems.
- Strong communication skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical clients.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to project sites across Luzon.
- Familiarity with Philippine electrical codes and safety standards is highly preferred.
