Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs and modules for data annotators, covering project guidelines, tools, and quality standards.
- Conduct engaging onboarding sessions for new team members, ensuring a smooth transition into project workflows.
- Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to annotators to improve performance and address specific challenges.
- Monitor annotator performance and quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing targeted training interventions.
- Collaborate with project managers and quality assurance teams to update training materials and ensure alignment with evolving project requirements.
- Create and maintain clear, concise instructional documentation, including FAQs, guides, and best practices.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions and foster a continuous learning environment within the annotation team.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and performance reviews, adjusting content and delivery methods as needed.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Communications, IT, or a related field; extensive relevant experience may substitute for a degree.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Trainer, Learning & Development Specialist, or similar role, preferably in a project-based or tech environment.
- Demonstrated strong coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate individuals.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly.
- Solid understanding of data annotation processes and quality control methodologies (or a strong willingness to learn rapidly).
- Proficiency in creating engaging training content using various tools and platforms.
- Ability to analyze performance data and identify training needs effectively.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
