We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Projects Control and Planning Manager to join our team in the Tuas area. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and control of our construction projects to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will act as the central point of control, bridging the gap between site operations and upper management. By leveraging your expertise in project management methodologies and construction processes, you will drive efficiency, mitigate risks, and ensure seamless coordination across all project phases. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project control plans, schedules, and baselines.
- Monitor project progress against baseline plans and report key performance indicators to stakeholders.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to ensure alignment on timelines and deliverables.
- Manage resource allocation, including manpower and equipment, to optimize project efficiency.
- Conduct regular risk assessments and implement proactive mitigation strategies.
- Prepare detailed progress reports, including forecast updates and milestone tracking.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, safety standards, and industry regulations.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience in project control or planning within the construction industry.
- Proficient in planning software such as Primavera P6, MS Project, or Navisworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and trends.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder reporting.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Valid construction-related licenses or professional certifications are highly preferred.
