You'll conduct specialized Green Mark certification audits and energy-related assessments to align with Singapore's stringent environmental standards. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee end-to-end chiller plant upgrading projects for commercial high-rise buildings
- Execute Green Mark certification audits and energy efficiency assessments
- Develop and implement energy-saving strategies for building systems
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and stakeholders for project delivery
- Ensure compliance with Singapore's energy regulations and sustainability standards
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Prepare technical documentation and progress reports for stakeholders
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field
- 3+ years' experience in building services project management
- Green Mark certification or energy audit qualification
- Proficiency in HVAC systems and chiller plant operations
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's energy efficiency standards
- Experience with commercial building sustainability projects
- Excellent project management and stakeholder communication skills
- Proficiency in project management software and BIM tools
