Join Fitson's dynamic finance team as a Projects & Products Costing Analyst and become instrumental in driving our manufacturing excellence. In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end cost management of our diverse product portfolio, ensuring competitive pricing strategies while maximizing profitability. You'll collaborate closely with engineering, procurement, and production teams to analyze product costs, develop accurate pricing models, and optimize Bill of Materials (BOM) structures. Your expertise will directly impact our bottom line by identifying cost-saving opportunities and supporting strategic pricing decisions. Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product costing models for new and existing products
- Analyze pricing strategies and prepare competitive quotations for clients
- Conduct detailed Bill of Materials (BOM) reviews to identify cost optimization opportunities
- Implement cost-saving initiatives while maintaining product quality standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align costing strategies with business objectives
- Monitor and report on product margins, variances, and cost trends
- Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes with accurate cost data
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in product costing or manufacturing cost accounting
- Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines
