You will play a pivotal role in identifying new market opportunities, managing client relationships, and securing high-value contracts. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the construction and commercial sector for entrance systems.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospect outreach to contract negotiation and final project closure.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, and property developers.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and technical proposals tailored to specific client needs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure project requirements and timelines are met.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue targets as defined by the regional business plan.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in project sales, preferably within building materials or architectural hardware.
- Strong understanding of the Singapore construction/real estate market landscape.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to influence key decision-makers.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales KPIs in a competitive B2B environment.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings or specifications is a significant advantage.
- Possess a valid Singapore Class 3 driving license is preferred for site visits.
