Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and supervise on-site teams for waterproofing and painting projects, ensuring strict adherence to project plans, quality standards, and safety protocols.
- Coordinate daily site operations, manage labor allocation, and oversee the effective and efficient use of materials, tools, and equipment.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work progress, identify potential risks or defects, and implement immediate corrective actions.
- Collaborate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution and clear, consistent communication across all stakeholders.
- Prepare and submit detailed daily and weekly progress reports, including work completion percentages, resource utilization data, and incident reports.
- Enforce strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) standards, company policies, and environmental regulations on all project sites.
- Mentor, train, and evaluate team members, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, accountability, and high performance.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or a closely related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience as a Site Supervisor, Project Supervisor, or Foreman in the construction industry, specifically with waterproofing and painting projects.
- In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, specifications, and safety regulations (preferably DOLE OHS standards).
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage diverse teams effectively.
- Proficient in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to read, interpret, and work from blueprints, technical drawings, and project specifications.
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in Quezon City and travel to various project sites across Metro Manila as needed.
- Professional license (Registered Civil Engineer or Master Plumber) is a definite advantage.
