- Represent brands in a positive and professional manner at various promotional events and locations
- Engage with potential customers to generate interest and encourage purchases of promoted products/services
- Effectively communicate product features, benefits, and promotional offers to customers
- Build rapport with customers and maintain a positive brand image at all times
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets and performance metrics
- Collect customer feedback and provide valuable insights to improve promotional strategies
- Collaborate with team members to ensure successful execution of promotional campaigns
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales data
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education is a plus
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Outgoing personality with the ability to engage diverse audiences
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays as required

- Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting
