Tanggung Jawab
- Execute direct selling strategies to customers in assigned retail stores
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets through effective product demonstrations
- Build strong relationships with retail staff and store management

- Report sales performance, customer feedback, and inventory levels

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- 1+ years in retail sales, promotions, or customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets in fast-paced environments
- Strong product learning ability and presentation skills
- Flexible availability including weekends and holidays
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic computer literacy for reporting
