Tanggung Jawab

  • Plan, execute, and monitor promotional activities across retail channels to achieve sales targets.
  • Manage relationships with store stakeholders and ensure all promotional materials are displayed according to brand guidelines.
  • Analyze promotional campaign performance, gathering data and insights to optimize future activities.
  • Provide training and guidance to field staff regarding new product launches and promotional mechanics.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to proactively adjust promotional tactics.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign outcomes, stock movement, and ROI to management.
  • Maintain high operational standards and resolve any issues at the store level promptly.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in Channel Management, Promotion, or related retail fields.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Fluent in English (both active and passive) is mandatory.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data and retail metrics.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of agility, problem-solving mindset, and professional attitude.
