Tanggung Jawab
- Visit retail outlets (retail/kelontong) to conduct sales and product promotion activities
- Ensure optimal product visibility through strategic merchandising and display arrangements
- Implement promotional campaigns and activities as per company guidelines
- Monitor product stock levels and report inventory status to management
- Collect and provide market feedback, competitor information, and customer insights
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail outlet staff and management
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective in-store promotion techniques
- Ensure brand compliance and adherence to company standards at all retail points
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent (D3/S1 degree is preferred)
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, merchandising, or retail promotion
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage customers effectively
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Basic knowledge of consumer products and retail industry practices
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to achieve sales targets and work under pressure
- Valid motorcycle license (SIM C) and own transportation is required
