- Conduct regular visits to assigned retail outlets and neighborhood stores to ensure proper product placement and visibility
- Create and maintain attractive product displays that highlight Wismilak's key offerings
- Execute promotional activities and campaigns according to company guidelines and marketing strategies
- Monitor product inventory levels and report stock availability to the sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with retail store owners and staff
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information during store visits
- Provide feedback on product performance and customer preferences to the marketing team
- Achieve monthly sales targets and promotional objectives set by the company
Kualifikasi
- Minimum high school diploma, with preference given to candidates with retail or sales experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with retail partners
