Tanggung Jawab
- Visit assigned retail outlets and convenience stores to conduct regular merchandising activities
- Ensure proper product display, shelf arrangement, and visibility according to company standards
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotions to drive sales and customer engagement
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store owners and staff
- Monitor product inventory levels and report stock availability to management
- Collect market intelligence and competitor information during store visits
- Implement promotional campaigns and marketing initiatives at retail locations
- Track and report sales performance against established targets
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in sales, merchandising, or retail promotion is advantageous
