As a key member of our expansion strategy, you will be responsible for scouting, evaluating, and securing premium villa properties to enhance our luxury portfolio.
In this role, you will be the face of our company to property owners and stakeholders. You will leverage your local market knowledge to identify high-potential assets, negotiate favorable terms, and build lasting relationships with villa owners. Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and prospect new premium villa properties for acquisition across key areas in Bali.
- Conduct thorough property site inspections and evaluate the physical condition and commercial potential of each asset.
- Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with property owners, developers, and local stakeholders.
- Prepare detailed property feasibility reports, including market analysis and projected ROI for management review.
- Lead negotiation processes for management contracts or lease agreements to ensure favorable commercial terms.
- Collaborate with the legal and operations teams to ensure all documentation and due diligence requirements are met.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge in acquisition strategies.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in property acquisition, real estate sales, or business development, preferably in the hospitality sector.
- Strong knowledge of the Bali property market and luxury villa landscape.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proven ability to negotiate high-value contracts and influence key decision-makers.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret market data and financial metrics.
- Professional appearance and high level of integrity.
- Ability to travel frequently within the Bali region to meet with clients and inspect properties.
