PT Tim Mitra Internasional is seeking a dedicated Property Administration Officer to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Barat. In this role, you will be the backbone of our operations, ensuring seamless administrative support and high-quality service for our clients.
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in office administration and customer service. Given the international nature of our property portfolio, fluency in either English or Mandarin is mandatory. You will play a critical role in maintaining property records, coordinating client inquiries, and supporting our management team to ensure operational efficiency. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks for property operations, including data entry and filing.
- Act as the primary point of contact for tenants and clients, providing professional support in English or Mandarin.
- Coordinate property maintenance schedules and liaise with vendors to ensure timely repairs.
- Prepare, draft, and manage lease agreements, correspondence, and internal reports.
- Monitor property documentation compliance and ensure all digital and physical records are up-to-date.
- Handle incoming inquiries via phone, email, and in-person, maintaining high standards of customer service.
- Assist management with office-related logistics and operational process improvements.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Property Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in an administrative or customer service role, preferably within the real estate sector.
- Mandatory: Full professional proficiency in English or Mandarin (speaking, reading, and writing).
- High level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and property management software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build professional relationships with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.
