Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day operations, maintenance, and security of bank properties and facilities
- Coordinate renovation projects, repairs, and preventive maintenance schedules
- Manage vendor contracts and relationships for facility services
- Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Prepare and manage facility budgets, including cost control and reporting
- Conduct regular property inspections and risk assessments
- Optimize space utilization and support departmental relocations
- Respond to facility emergencies and coordinate resolution protocols
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 years experience in property/facilities management or real estate operations
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and compliance standards
- Experience managing vendor relationships and service contracts
- Proficiency in facility management software and MS Office suite
- Project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple initiatives
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within Metro Manila
