Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive property inspections and assessments for valuation purposes
- Analyze market data and comparable sales to determine accurate property values
- Prepare detailed appraisal reports compliant with banking regulations and standards
- Collaborate with loan officers to provide valuation insights for credit decisions
- Stay updated on local real estate market trends and property regulations
- Verify property documentation and ownership records for appraisal accuracy
- Recommend appropriate collateral valuation ratios for loan security
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of property valuation experience in banking/finance sector
- Certification as a Licensed Appraiser (mandatory)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Familiarity with Indonesian property laws and banking regulations
- Proficiency in valuation software and market analysis tools
- Excellent report writing and communication abilities
- Integrity and ethical judgment in handling sensitive financial data
