Tanggung Jawab
- Identify and engage potential property buyers through targeted marketing strategies
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information about features, pricing, and investment potential
- Develop customized property solutions based on client needs and budget requirements
- Negotiate sales agreements and close transactions while maintaining client satisfaction
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to generate referrals and repeat business
- Collaborate with development teams to provide market feedback and insights
- Stay updated on property market trends, regulations, and competitor activities
Kualifikasi
- Minimum D3/S1 degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- 1-2 years of experience in property sales or real estate consulting
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with persuasive abilities
- Deep understanding of local property market in Sumatera Barat
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software
- Valid Indonesian driver's license for site visits
- Commitment to ethical business practices and client confidentiality
