Tanggung Jawab
- Market and sell property products through direct client engagement and digital channels
- Conduct property viewings and provide detailed information to prospective buyers
- Negotiate and finalize sales agreements (akad) with clients
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships for repeat business and referrals
- Analyze market trends to identify sales opportunities and competitive advantages
- Prepare sales reports and track performance against monthly targets
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop promotional strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2 years experience in property sales or real estate
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for property viewings
- Familiarity with CRM software and digital sales tools
- Goal-oriented mindset with ability to work independently
- Knowledge of Lampung property market preferred
