Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct routine inspections of property systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, structural) to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards
- Oversee repair and renovation projects, ensuring timely completion within budget constraints
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to extend asset lifespan
- Manage vendor relationships and contractor negotiations for service agreements
- Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and environmental standards
- Prepare detailed technical reports, maintenance logs, and cost analysis documentation
- Coordinate emergency response protocols for property incidents and system failures
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Civil/Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related technical field
- Minimum 2-3 years of property engineering or facilities management experience
- Strong knowledge of building systems, maintenance protocols, and regulatory compliance
- Proficiency in CAD software and facility management systems
- Valid certification in safety management (e.g., OSHA) is highly desirable
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with hands-on troubleshooting experience
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration and reporting
