Tanggung Jawab
- Assist Building Manager in daily operations, maintenance coordination, and strategic planning
- Oversee Integrated Facility Services (IFS) including HVAC, electrical, and security systems
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements
- Ensure compliance with Singaporean safety regulations and sustainability standards
- Handle tenant communications, inquiries, and facility-related requests
- Monitor facility performance metrics and prepare operational reports
- Coordinate preventive maintenance schedules and emergency response protocols
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Property Management, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in commercial property operations
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's building regulations and BCA standards
- Proficiency in facility management software (e.g., CMMS, BMS)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Certification in facility management (e.g., CFM, SFP) preferred
- Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks
