In this role, you will play a pivotal part in maintaining our portfolio's standards, ensuring seamless daily operations, and delivering exceptional service to our stakeholders.

As an Assistant Manager, you will work closely with the management team to oversee facilities, manage vendor relationships, and implement property management strategies that drive efficiency and occupancy growth. We are looking for a candidate who thrives in a fast-paced retail and corporate environment and possesses the leadership skills to mentor staff while ensuring strict compliance with safety and operational protocols.

Tanggung Jawab

  • Assist the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations and strategic oversight of corporate assets.
  • Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and service providers to ensure high-quality maintenance and repairs.
  • Monitor property performance metrics, including occupancy rates, budget tracking, and operational expenses.
  • Implement and enforce company safety policies and building regulations to ensure a secure environment.
  • Supervise onsite personnel, providing guidance and performance feedback to maintain service standards.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports on property status, maintenance cycles, and financial performance for senior management.
  • Handle tenant/stakeholder inquiries and resolve facility-related issues promptly and professionally.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Property Management, Business Administration, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in property management, hospitality, or high-volume retail facilities.
  • Strong understanding of local property regulations and building maintenance standards in Indonesia.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, analyze operational costs, and negotiate with external vendors.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in Indonesian and professional English.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and facility management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and lead cross-functional teams effectively.
