Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee property turnover processes to ensure timely handover and compliance with quality standards
- Develop and execute maintenance schedules for residential/commercial properties
- Manage vendor relationships and contractor performance for renovation/upkeep projects
- Monitor property performance metrics and implement data-driven improvement strategies
- Handle tenant communications, conflict resolution, and lease enforcement
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams on property marketing initiatives
- Prepare comprehensive reports on property status, maintenance costs, and occupancy rates
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of property management experience in Cebu or Visayas region
- Strong knowledge of local property laws, regulations, and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio)
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple properties simultaneously
- Certification in property management (e.g., RMP, CPM) preferred
- Experience in team leadership and vendor management
