Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage and renew residential and commercial lease agreements, ensuring all legal documents are accurate and up-to-date.
  • Handle incoming tenant inquiries via email and phone, providing timely and professional resolutions.
  • Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for property maintenance, repairs, and landscaping services.
  • Process rent payments and prepare detailed monthly financial reports for the property owner.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to monitor the condition of the premises and identify necessary improvements.
  • Update property listings on various real estate platforms and maintain a clean, organized digital portfolio.
  • Ensure full compliance with local property laws, zoning regulations, and company policies.

Kualifikasi

  • Proven experience in property management, real estate administration, or as a Virtual Assistant (VA) is highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and property management software (e.g., AppFolio, Buildium).
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and rent collection procedures.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.
