We are seeking a highly skilled Property Manager to oversee the comprehensive operations of our premium properties in Bonifacio Global City. This pivotal role requires a strategic leader to orchestrate maintenance, housekeeping, and security activities while ensuring strict adherence to regulatory standards and building codes. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary liaison between tenants, vendors, and property stakeholders, fostering exceptional resident experiences and operational excellence. You will implement preventive maintenance programs, manage vendor contracts, conduct property inspections, and oversee budget allocation for property-related expenses. This position demands a proactive approach to resolving maintenance issues, implementing sustainable practices, and enhancing property value through strategic initiatives.
Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and supervise daily maintenance, housekeeping, and security operations across properties
- Ensure all facilities comply with local regulations, safety codes, and industry standards
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and service quality for property services
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and implement corrective actions
- Handle tenant inquiries, complaints, and lease administration with exceptional customer service
- Prepare and manage property budgets, including expense tracking and financial reporting
- Develop and enforce property policies, procedures, and emergency response plans
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Facilities Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of property management experience in commercial/residential settings
- Strong knowledge of Philippine property laws, building codes, and compliance requirements
- Proven experience in vendor management, contract negotiation, and budget oversight
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills
- Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Yardi, AppFolio) and MS Office Suite
- Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Estate Brokerage license preferred
