Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the end-to-end daily operations of property assets, ensuring all standards are met.
- Develop and implement strategic property management plans to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Manage vendor relationships, including maintenance contractors, landscaping, and housekeeping teams.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure assets are maintained to the highest quality and safety standards.
- Maintain proactive communication with property owners and residents to ensure high satisfaction rates.
- Supervise on-site staff performance and foster a professional, guest-centric work culture.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly financial reports, including budget tracking and operational expenses.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property management, preferably within the hospitality or luxury villa sector.
- Strong understanding of the Bali real estate market and local regulatory landscape.
- Proven ability to manage high-net-worth assets and demanding clientele with discretion and professionalism.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse operational teams.
- Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a startup environment.
- Fluency in both Indonesian and English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
