Tanggung Jawab

  • Oversee daily property operations to ensure seamless building functionality and aesthetic standards.
  • Manage facility maintenance schedules and coordinate with vendors to resolve repairs promptly.
  • Supervise housekeeping teams to maintain impeccable hygiene and cleanliness standards across all units.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for tenants, addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and fostering a positive living experience.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and rectify potential safety or maintenance issues.
  • Monitor and manage operational expenses to ensure alignment with property budgets.
  • Generate regular performance reports detailing occupancy status, maintenance progress, and tenant feedback.

Kualifikasi

  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of professional experience in property management, hotel operations, or facility management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to operational challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing diverse stakeholder needs.
  • Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to work effectively in a contract-based role with a high degree of autonomy.
  • A deep understanding of the Jakarta property market and residential rental trends is a plus.
