Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily property operations, including check-in/check-out processes and guest relations.
- Coordinate with cleaning and maintenance teams to ensure high standards of property presentation.
- Manage online property listings on various booking platforms to ensure accuracy and competitive pricing.
- Resolve guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Monitor property inventory and supply levels to ensure operational efficiency.
- Conduct regular inspections to maintain the quality, safety, and functionality of all property amenities.
- Prepare periodic performance reports regarding occupancy rates and operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 1-2 years experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Proficient in using property management software and online travel agency platforms (OTA).
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle multiple priorities under pressure.
- Flexible schedule availability, including the ability to work on weekends or holidays when required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a guest-first mindset.
- Relevant educational background in Hospitality, Tourism, or Business Management is preferred.
