Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure property integrity and cleanliness.
- Coordinate and supervise routine maintenance and repair works with vendors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for resident inquiries and feedback.
- Enforce house rules and building policies to maintain a harmonious living environment.
- Prepare accurate daily and monthly reports on property status and maintenance issues.
- Manage security and safety protocols within the estate.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to lease management and resident records.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma, or relevant professional certification.
- Previous experience in property management, customer service, or hospitality is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a patient and professional demeanor.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and handle urgent requests.
- Basic proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel) for reporting.
- Willingness to work a 5.25-day work week.
