Tanggung Jawab
- Greet and welcome guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Assist with front desk operations, including check-in, check-out, and lobby management.
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally to ensure high satisfaction.
- Coordinate daily housekeeping and maintenance schedules to maintain property standards.
- Monitor and manage inventory for office supplies and amenities as needed.
- Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and answering phone calls.
- Ensure public areas and reception areas are clean, tidy, and well-presented at all times.
Kualifikasi
- Open to fresh graduates with or without relevant experience in hospitality.
- SPM, STPM, Diploma, or Degree holders are encouraged to apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- A pleasant, approachable personality with a strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced operational environment.
