Tanggung Jawab

  • Identify and prospect potential property buyers through networking, digital channels, and local outreach.
  • Conduct professional site visits and property viewings for prospective clients.
  • Provide expert advice on property market trends, investment value, and legal documentation.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from initial inquiry to closing and post-sales follow-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with developers, investors, and potential homeowners.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
  • Prepare sales reports and participate in regular team briefings to align on market strategies.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business or Marketing preferred).
  • Proven track record in sales, preferably in real estate or related industries.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and persuade.
  • Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
  • Own a personal vehicle and possess a valid driver’s license.
  • Deep understanding of the local Batang and Central Java property market.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software is an advantage.
